Really well made and nice attention to detail. Took under a month from order to arriving. (ordered only the jacket, wig and tshirt I'm wearing are from elsewhere)

I love it. I bought one previously that was twice as much in cost but the quality doesn't compare to this one. I wasn't disappointed at all and the shipping was pretty quick. Will probably buy more from this store soon enough. Thank you.

If you're a Noctis cosplayer, look no further. This was probably the least expensive, best made jacket for Noctis I found. It also came more than a week before I thought it would. Bonus points to the fact that it had so many huge pockets. I hardly had to carry a bag with me. Also, it was really comfortable for a full day at a con.

Received both the jacket and the glove in perfect condition. I sent the store my custom measures and it fits perfectly!! I am very happy with my purchase.

The jacket was absolutely great quality. Very accurate and impressive all throughout the design. It was a little big on me but it's not the biggest deal. I was very happy with the communication and shipping too. The most ideal jacket for Noctis :)

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
